Your score is a compound of two halves.
Knowledge is fixed for six months — it comes from your diagnostic interview. Trust is alive — it climbs (and decays) with every Squad-confirmed job.
Iṣẹ́ = α · Knowledge + (1 − α) · Trust α = max(0.3, 1 − jobs / 20) α = max(0.3, 1 − 0 / 20) α = max(0.3, 1.00) α = 0.30
Brand new workers are judged entirely on Knowledge — hireable from day one. By job 14, Trust dominates. But the cap on α means even a senior with great history can’t coast: 30% of your score always reflects whether you can still reason through a fault.

How Trust grows
Every Squad-confirmed payout adds to Trust. The curve is logarithmic — the next job adds less than the first, so cheaters can’t farm a score from many tiny jobs.

Knowledge feels stale? Retake the diagnostic.
Voluntary retake costs ₦500, available every 6 months. Reset your Knowledge with a fresh scenario you haven’t seen. Most workers who retake after 6 months gain 4–7 points.
